On the evening of March 25, 2015, MPs moved to unanimously accept Senator Elizabeth Hubley’s private member’s bill that proclaims for Canadians a national day when we can celebrate fiddle music.
From this year forward, the third Saturday in May in each and every year will be designated as “National Fiddling Day.”
Here is the press release from Senator Hubley.
